Rubel is a good bowler but needs to learn to pick up wickets in test matches.

If the BCB wanted to they could develop Nazmul into a Glenn McGrath type bowler.

Mashrafe is certainly a world class bowler.

The 3 pace bowlers of Bangladesh should be Mashrafe --> Rubel --> Nazmul. Its a good combination because Mashrafe is the Jimmy Anderson type bowler, Rubel would provide the speed and aggression and Nazmul would provide the line and length.
