Summary:
he left wealth-fame to serve the country. But our politicians didn't keep a culture so that he could speak up and help the country with the talent he has. He is calling his fellow people to follow him (hidden - encouraging others).
Or this all moving back was a big mistake (may be) and he is second guessing himself. People around him are not co-operating with him and sees him like an enemy.
He wants to move to Moon in near future.
