Just by appointing a good head coach we might see glimpses of success here and there but to enjoy a consistent success over a long period we need to do much more.
Thats why i said one of the reasons. The guys way too soft. Despite having such world class specialist coaches working under him he could never get the best out of his players. Under Mickey Arthur the players look more driven and have more confidence. Big difference in Australia under Geoff Marsh, Buchanan, Arthur and Nielsen.
