I agree too.

Look at Australia, Perth is known for bouncy and fast pitch, Sydney is known for slow and low spinning track, MCG is known for batting paradise. Same goes for England or SA too. They have got different pitches in different Venues. So, its better to make a complete package rather than one dimensional.
