The general attitude towards weaker team or minnows in cricket is well known, that is why the ODI world cup is 10 teams now. The world doesn't need to revolve around Bangladesh team to know this tournament is suggested with a view to keep 'weak' teams such as Bangladesh out. When we are 7th it becomes a top 6, when we were 9th stats used to say top 8 teams only.
