That video did not show that part. It features only MP's part which i think deliberate too. Both parties are at fault here but being an MP, Mr. Shah Jahan should have been careful in his action. Shameful act but nothing new.

"Chokh tule felbo" under any circumstances is not a civil dialect. You can't lose your temper like that. I saw what Rafiq did and that BNP guy was just being a true BD politician by interrupting that minister, but it never crossed the limit IMHO..
You just can't become a barrister overnight, but in Bangladesh you can become a minister if you have a dirty mouth and that's what we have seen.
