Yes, For Bangladesh Coaches are the most important entities.
Because,
1. We don't have a proper cricket culture in BD Yet, so players depend a lot on the coaches rathar than the senior players to learn tricks & understand opponent bowlers/batsmen's mind.
2. Our players don;t come as a finished products in the national side, so it is upto the coach how good the player will be after polishing/refining.
3. If we don't have a coach who is able to teach basics to batters & prepare him for the bigger stage, our players will not show noticeable improvement, as is the case now.
