Probably. Lots of scamsters in Bangladesh, especially when they realize you live or have lived abroad.
Also depends on where in Mirpur. The land I was talking about was RIGHT on the main road (on 11 number bus stand), which is prime property, but even then, your numbers seem waaay too low. Where in Mirpur is your property?
