Default Some Stat Highlights of the second test versus Zim

Enamul Haque jnr. became the first bowler to claim seven wickets in an innings for Bangladesh.

Haque, at 18 years 255 days, is the youngest Test bowler to claim seven wickets in an innings.

Enamul Haque jnr. bettered his own record for the best bowling figures by a Bangladeshi bowler in Test cricket, eclipsing his 6 for 45 against Zimbabwe at Chittagong in 2004-05.

Haque became the first bowler from Bangladesh to claim six or more wickets in successive innings.

The only other bowler to bag six wickets in an innings twice for Bangladesh is Mohammad Rafique - once each against South Africa and New Zealand.

Haque's figures of 7 for 95 are the second best at Dhaka. The only other bowler to claim seven wickets in an innings at this venue is Danish Kaneria (7 for 77) for Pakistan against Bangladesh in 2001-02.

Mohammad Rafique's 56 is his second fifty in Test cricket - in successive Tests. In the first Test at Chittagong, he had made 69.

Enamul Haque jnr. became the first bowler from Bangladesh to claim 5 or more wickets in three successive innings. In the second innings at Chittagong, he had bagged six for 45.

Haque (7/95 + 5/105) became the first bowler from Bangladesh to capture ten or more wickets in a Test match.

Haque's 12 for 200 runs are the best bowling figures in a Test match at Dhaka, eclipsing 11 for 96 by Irfan Pathan (India) in 2004-05.

Haque became the third bowler to have captured 12 or more wickets in a Test match against Zimbabwe, joining Sri Lanka's Muttiah Muralitharan (twice) and Waqar Younis (Pakistan)

Haque's 18 wickets in the two-Test series is a new record for Bangladesh, bettering Mohammad Rafique's 17 wickets (ave.23.82) in a three-Test series against Pakistan in 2003-04.

The 133-run stand between Javed Omer and Nafis Iqbal is a record for the first wicket for Bangladesh, bettering the 91 by the same pair against Zimbabwe at Chittagong in the first Test of the current series.
