Agree Aus and even other improved team have that requirement.

I believe in order to reach to that high average batsmen needs to stay not-outs and score runs more quickly taking riskier strokes. But sometimes I get confused how they calculate that as some batsmen have high average even though they did not play large innings and partnerships. And again having higher average at our current structure is not that much effective when it comes to intl matches, I guess it is because of the quality bowlers we face in intl match.
