How difficult can it be? It's a league like the NFL/NBA/MLB etc with franchises funded by rich dudes and dudettes. GMs manage the team. Their task is to buy the best player money can buy during the draft period. Once the team is set - the GM will then pick the 11 to play a match. The matches will be run via a simulation.
