From the past, i have noticed that, BD puts out their best 11 to the practice matches. If anyone of them does really bad, then on the real game, the simplay rest him and put another who didnt get to practice or prove.

I think we should change this bad habbit. What we should do is... on the first practice match, take out the 4 sure ones... Monjur, Bulbul, Sumon, Moni.

That leaves us with the other 11 and test the new ones...

This will give us a lot of opportunity. We already have sure 4... Mojur, Suman, Bulbul & Moni.
We can choose 1 opening partner for Rokon, Hannan/Sezan. That 2 more to selected.
We can see how bowlers does and chose 2 from Talha/Sumit/Alamgir/Tarek. Thats 2 more.
We have Pilot for sure. Thats 9 so far. And finally, We can choose 2 from Tusar/Akram/Ash.

That will give us the 2nd practice match squad. Now our select 11 can get the 3 day practice for the big game.

But I know, we wont do anything like this. We will go there and put a team like this...
