the ICL is the same as the IPL but if BD lifts the ban more of the domestic players are going to go there. the IPL is more competitive. there is more money involved in the IPL. THe BD players in the ICL also get paid less the IPL players so the ICL is likely to pick even the stupid players of BD like HAbibul Bashar
