Me too. Save money in Head coach, and spent money and surrpond him with good specialized coaches and we will get some stability and consitent better results over time. I think Shane has a better chance to be a successful head coach than a bowling coach. Bqasically he need to manage the coahces and the players and motivate them.... he will be a "technical" manager.
... but the key for his success is to surround him with some good specialized coahces.
