A second opinion might still be worth it, are you considering Singapore/Thailand at all? Personally, I don't trust doctors in Bangladesh a single bit, especially when it comes to serious matters beyond a basic cold. I'm no specialist, but the medical system in Bangladesh is as crappy as it gets and doctors get it wrong most of the time.
