To make things fair cant the person who gets skipped pick their player as soon as they come back online? There is no time limit to when someone gets skipped so its unfair for people to be 'skipped' after an hour as opposed to others who might be skipped after 3 hours. And as well you have to make your pick at the end of all official rounds which might upset the balance of the person's designated team.
I think Kohli_Sox deserves to pick his player as soon as he comes online.
