Think of the migration from the US to watch these matches. I know few BD people who are already getting geared up. i am sure by the 100s if not 1000s there will be Indians, Pakis and SL'n joining the party. 3 team in one group would make a subcontinent get together.
The Aussies and the English will fly from home because they have a chance to win it all.
The only problem I see is the weather. It may disrupt few games. and an early hurricane can blunder everything.
