Good question. The parliament is a place where issues are debated and despite there being winning and losing its not a game and more of a formality . Also attendance is not mandatory except for special circumstances. Small viewership of parliament. Not many sponsors or commercial advertisements. Also walk outs regularly occur and is common practice.
