The usual plot where a small country suddenly becoming gradually powerful by militarization and then conquering weak neighboring countries (ignore India) until its a force to be reckoned with.
Anyways, I wonder what Russia is getting out of this deal, perhaps an insanely large interest rate or access to our resources.
