Default Test Ratings Calculation

Those of you who have delved into these calculations before, please confirm that my calculations are correct. If not, where I have gone wrong.

This is an extract from the ICC Championship rules:

The number of rating points scored by the weaker team equals:
(series points scored) multiplied by (90 points more than your own rating)
plus
(series points conceded) multiplied by (10 points less than your own rating)

These figures are then added to the existing points. This is divided by the new match/series total to produce the new rating.

Before the series , this was the table position [ from cric8.com ]

Matches Points Ratings

Zimbabwe 22 1112 51

Bangladesh 32 0 0

Would I be correct in calculating Bangladesh's new ratings as follows:

2.5 points [ 1 for a win, 0.5 for a draw, 1 for series win ] multiplied by 90 [ 90 - 0 ] = 225

plus

0.5 multiplied by - 10 [ 0 - 10 ] = - 5

225 - 5 = 220

220 / 34 = 6.47 = 6. These would be our first points.

Similarly, Zim comes down to 43.
