I have no doubt that Tamim should be dropped. He is done. Also, we don't want his negative influence on the young lads. I will bring in LKD/Rony for the ODIs and Majid for the Test. We need to prepare them for the long term.

tamim proven failure--- dont agree.
he has done enough to be considered the all time best opener of BD. people have bad patch and he is going through it. so give him some time before crucifying him
his last few match performance was not brilliant but still he made 95, 25 runs and shown glimpse of form
