What's the distance of Srimongol from Sylhet airport? Road travel of more than few hours may not be feasible in Bangladeshi context. Also, setting up a big stadium in the middle of tea gardens and natural habitat, might not be a good idea. Finally, stadiums should be big cities to get the maximum crowd in international matches.
