As far as tactics are concerned, it all comes down to selecting a combination that will work good together (put your best bowlers between numbers 8 and 11, your w/k at 7, your all rounder at 6, etc). One might also need to adjust the batting styles of the batsmen in order to suit the needs of the team, as well as tweak the batting order so that certain bowlers can get more overs than others.
