You know, I realize some of you guys like Syed because he is a fellow Bangladeshi, but I haven't been too impressed with him. Yes, on occasion, he has shown some flashes of brilliance at one-on-one selling (but seriously, any Bangladeshi with a decent chapa could do that. The question is: does he think things through, does he have a considered plan of attack when charged with a task, or does he just try to wing it? From what I've seen, he simply tries to wing it. Now that's all very good if you're hiring a simple huckster or salesman, but useless if you want an executive.
