To be fair to Pakistan, our boys would never have been at a railway station. Or a open air bazaar. Or a police/army recruitment line. Or a (shia/sunni) mosque. I also believe that the authorities can secure Gaddafi stadium for 8 hours to a safe zone.
Problem is hotels are a big target, and thats where the biggest danger lies and thats where our boys would be staying for up to a third of the tour.
