The senior Ashraful needs to step up and needs to do it now, he has been stripped of the pressure of captaincy, no reason why he shouldn't be producing. If he doesn't produce here, I think he just needs a drop to sort his issues out. I think Ashraful believes he is irreplaceable, which has some truth to it. But maybe if 2-3 guys could Domestically put some pressure on him, then maybe he would put his head down and bat. If I'm not mistaken he's done well under pressure in the past.

Ashraful sensed pressure on him, he sensed his vital role in the team, and he has stepped up. Its in him now to be consistent, how many times have we seen a touch of brilliance, followed by nothing afterwards.
