for the WC, yes. it's not that you can just look at a person and say with 100% certainty whether he or she is depressed or not. a depressed person 'looks' like every other 'normal' person to laymen.
not in front of a psychiatrist, surely.
I would appreciate if you correct me with information if I'm wrong and not just ask rhetorical questions.
