As the late Kobe Bryant would say after winning a game but not championship:

"Job is not done. Is the job done yet?"
Despite his cringe jokes, limited vocab and obnoxious demeanour , I feel beneath of all of that Shamim has alot of pride when Bangladesh does well. For a decade during the initial period of Bangladesh's Test status , Shamim had been regularly teased by fellow commentators of the country's regular abysmal performances. I think this has moulded him to what he is today. Although I feel he abuses his position when he gets the mic, and to be honest I think at least he should not be allowed to asked to promote any awards at the end of the game.
