Fine, but why give him two hundred grand now when you can give it to him when he becomes the highest wicket taker in the real WC seven years from now? The two grand was for each of the "top two performers" in the tournament and Taskin hadn't done much to help the team's cause there.
And if he's being awarded just for his potential, then that's just silly and premature, not to mention out of place given the context of a WC campaign that was a failure for him and his team.
