Alternatively you could have had family members who deposited 25-30lakh taka in the early 90s to buy directorships in the private banks when so many of them started up...They could have been hired family members on the Directors quota every year.
Mr. Tofazzal Hossain is a family friend(dur shomporker attiyo) and I am sure NCC bank is going to collapse from the sheer incompetence of it all.
