October 23: Day 3 of the 1st Test

It didn't seem like a day in a Test match but it was and the (Chittagong Club) lunch was served as well (as opposed to the one from Modina Restora on practice days).

And that was the only part of the Test match that stood as the rest just fell apart. I took another walk around the ground at 11am in the morning and truth be told, another bit of rain would be the end of the game. Thankfully, the forecast is quite good so it seems the rain will stay away.

Later Mushy and 6-7 others came to train and at the indoor nets, the man on 68 hammered another 32 runs!

Near the end of the day, Mr Kamal came and talked to the media (after 10 minutes of predictable nokhra). He was embarrassed but didn't blame NSC or anyone..not even himself..which was a bit of a joke.

Highlight of the day: Bright sunshine but no cricket.

J.O of the day: BCB

Stat of the day: 25 journalists were made to wait for 25 minutes around the edge of the stadium as one of the gates remained closed. They had to break the lock, Bangladeshi style.
