Rahim, Ryiyad, Naeem... these are all young players and sort of experienced player who is still learning and growing over time. Just becacuse Rahim may have struggles in top order few games he was tried doesn;t mean much or not any way an indicator how he will do if gievn chance now.

However I beleieve giving more responsibility to them slowly with success.... not from #/8#9 to suddenly to #2/#3. These sudden drastic change is a perfect recipe for screwing up a young career.
