Congrats on the victory Biden fans. I don't see him controlling the Senate. In the best case scenario they'll win 50 seats but 49 is the more likely scenario. Without control of the Senate and the Supreme court, I'm not sure he can do much. The only meaningful thing I expect him to accomplish in the first year is signing the Paris agreement.
