The quick fix is to get a matching car paint pen and take your time to fill in the scratches. Then, apply frog tape on either sides of the scratches as near as possible and lightly sand with 3000 grit sandpaper to level your newly filled paint. Last thing to do is apply clear coat. Wear a breathing mask for this. Spray clear coat from a spray can to a pot and with a painter's fine brush, paint over your scratches.
It won't be a pro job but at least it's better than nothing and costs much less.
