San Francisco Sharks Sign Cameron Sutherland, Curator at WACA, Agree to Terms with Apple as the Local Sponsor
August 5, 2012, San Francisco, CA- The MLC Sharks signed WACA Curator Cameron Sutherland for an undisclosed sum according to a communique issued from the club's 101 California Street offices.
Sutherland is known for his legendary fast and bouncy pitches that also offer enough grip to create ideal seaming and spinning conditions for aggressive bowlers always looking for wickets.
The perfectly cured pitch will offer predictable variations but is unlikely to deteriorate in the shortest format of the game. The pitch would be ideally suited to the much anticipated "Shark Attack" designed to take full advantage of the Stick's windy, and unpredictably cold and suddenly foggy conditions only the Sharks can be trained to master.
With Sutherland on board, the feeding frenzy is set to begin and terrorize opponents.
The Sharks HQ also announced signing a local sponsorship agreement with Apple Computers as required by MLC, although Google, the main sponsor is also a local company. Larry Page is reportedly annoyed about this but could not be reached for comment.
