They had .1% of winnings the Champions trophy in England in 2017. The whole team was about to get axed. Then they win it. That is extreme inconsistency. A team who has no business winning wins the entire tournament. Their current team is better than the 2017 team. What would a percent of fan expectation be for a similar tournament at the same country two years fast forward? Those who are optimistic, even with being last in the race, would want to get the magic back.
