having a runrate of 6.0 per over is not rocket science. it is not hard. all you have to do is take lots and lots of singles and play safe all along the ground until you feel confident in your ability to have the ball onto the sweet part of the bat.
problem is that the stamina of our players is not super-excellent, maybe taking at least 3 singles every over is a bit too much for them, but we have to do these things if we are to win.

I agree with you 100%. but after 10yrs of international cricket playing nation, why our team is still not 100% fit and stamina is not excellent rather then super-excellent ?
