Yeah, that is exactly what we are trying to do. Set targets which are realistic and achievable. How does saying that we will win everytime we take the field help anyone? I think its better to set our own targets which we can get to so the players feel a sense of achievement when we do get to them rather than feeling like they failed everytime we lose, which is every game we play.
