Fazle isn’t a batting allrounder, just because one of the selectors said he was a complete package doesn’t make it so, he’s a batsman who can bowl a bit. Besides there are plenty of others who can roll their arm over, fazle was labeled a an allrounder by selectors to try to make his selection valid.
