The only positive thing he's accomplished in 5 years is draft Porzingis. If he was willing to rebuild patiently via draft picks Knicks would've been in a much better shape today. That was the approach taken by teams like Minnesota, Philadelphia and even Boston and all these are on pace to become very good teams in a couple of years.

He inherited Melo. Not his deal. Then no one wanted him, so had to resign. They can't make the playoffs with Melo. No team will give them space. 76ers, Wizards, Raptors, Atlanta, Milwakee all have a core group who are much better and younger. They will only get better through draft as well. And then you have Boston and Cavs.
