Hussey was not in the squad...once Bollinger got 'injured' they got special dispensation for him to join the squad. Not to mention Hussey proved his fitness by playing domestic cricket.
Mashrafe proved his by shedding a few tears.
Bangladesh could have done the same thing to get Mashrafe into the team, but I've heard that it is difficult trying to bowl with a dodgy knee, I'm not a bowler...so feel free to correct me.
