Oh there are just too many and it is difficult to pick one or two.
If you are not vegetarian, you could try the Sinhalese chicken curry or the fish ambul thiyal, pictures of which I have already posted.
If you are vegetarian you could try the Sri Lankan "kalu-pol" pumpkin curry or the tender jack fruit (polos) curry.

I'm sure you have very similar preparations in Bangladesh though, due to the similarity of our cultures, and our probably shared roots.
