i know!
a couple of things can be done:

1. Bangladeshi managers can start increasing their academies and better players

2. new manager!!!

your idea is good, i understood the argument(after a long time ) but that means tho one who takes advantage should be the national manager...

Bangladesh needs more than reliable/accomplished young players to be consistent they need players who are "expert" and "legendary" this would not be possible unless our academies improve dramatically!
