To success in international cricket, we need talented or gifted players vs skill players, like singers who are talented are successful, with practice one can get skill, but there is a limitation how far he can go. Let's find out who are the talented players in our team. We should only include talented players in the team if we want to compete with good team like SA, AUS etc..
