Ireland just scrapped the one off Test against us. The way cricinfo reported it sounds like a very bad thing.
For me it is a good thing and Cricket Ireland has shown legitimate reason which can be good for both sides. There is no point playing an one-off test at the eve of T20 WC.
Replacing the test match with T20I's was a mature decision and they deserve applause if anything.
