I'm afraid the way it is today in the materialistic world, T20 will eat-up Test cricket, eat-up ODI cricket and then feed on itself eventually destined to fade away. And the sport of cricket will go with it. Test cricket existed for 200 years, it survived the rise of ODI cricket, actually ODI cricket added value to the whole game of cricket and thus added value to Test cricket. But now because of the popularity of Tamasha20, the game known as cricket is endangered to extinction. Before it's too late ICC must do something if it really cares about the survival of cricket. Or else all will be lost.
Well WWE is not gone yet! Rock, Pop and all new kinds of music were greeted with Tamasha sticker are still alive and kicking, along with old style classical. With increased number of spectators, everything might co-exist, that's also a possibility.
