Fans can't stick around saying that maybe x will be like y. We need to have players that have their own identity and have their own playing style, instead of moulding a player like someone he cannot be, we should encourage him to be the best with what he has. This is what Australia,England,SA,NZ do so brilliantly, they allow players to flourish and reach their maximum growth, that is what I believe is the cornerstone of their success.
Bangladesh should stop wishing they have players like have so and so and develop their own unique talents.
This is why I believe the latter generation will be more successful. We try to hard to be like others but we don't give value to what we have. Just my two cents anyway.
