We are nowhere near Sri Lanka and India in terms of fielding. Pakistan, may be close on team level. But on an individual level their have better fielders than ours. Sri Lanka and India have fielders miles ahead of our best guys. Good fielding is not just hanging onto normal catches? Its about doing the extra bit to prevent runs, pulling off a difficult catch, getting a direct hit, putting fear in the batsmen so that they dont attempt quick singles. A good fielding unit can wipe off 20-25 runs solely through good ground fielding. Yeah we have a few decent fielders, but lets not get too carried away
