We don't need a 'Head Coach', we need a 'Team Mentor'. Coaching should be done by the various specialist coaches.
For a team like us that lacks guidance and strong leadership, we need a strong personality, a father like mentor who can keep things together when going gets tough.
If Ganguly have that sort of personality, so be it. If not , let it be somebody else.
