ehtesham has said a few valid points and he has taken the time to discuss an important aspect that a lot of us have been ignoring for quite some time.
Lets first acknowledge that there is a problem and we have not dealt with our seniors in the most respectful ways in the past....
When an Indian veteran, Australian or Pakistani veteran players bows out, the whole stadium gives him his last standing ovation....
When a Bangladeshi veteran steps out...well we never know...they are just stabbed on the way out of the pavilion really...

Where did you get the idea that I don't like ehtesham or his post and want him to go away? And where did you get that I hate his ideas?
This thread raises some valid points and overall is a good thread. My question was not about the thread but about the thread opener. Ehtesham has been called upon his style of posting(not the subject of his posts, mind you) several times before. He has a weird principle of not tolerating any negative feedback, reasonable or not. Due to this he has left BC several times before like a moody princess. All I wondered is why he even bothered to come back when the problem (if any) is with his ultra-fragile attitude towards criticism. He shouldn't expect us to accomodate his craziness. That's all I asked.
If you must ask, I have no sympathy nor antipathy for ehtesham. He's just another net-dude.You may say I'm apathetic to him.I've no problem saying he raised a few valid points. I'll also acknowledge that his posts are even more boring than mine and that he should just grow up.
